Palm branch tied with fillet and winged caduceus, in saltire; above, wreath; below, Q·SICINIVS; on either side, III – VIR. Crawford 440/1; Babelon (Sicinia) 5; Sydenham 938. Old cabinet tone. A couple of scratches on the obverse, otherwise extremely fine/good extremely fine.
