Frascarolo & C., established itself on the international market thanks to the 'Bestiario' and 'Bestiario feroce' collections produced between 1966 and 1971.
Founded in 1949 by Rino Frascarolo (1928-1976) and Aldo Lenti (1910 -1982) under the brand name 347 AL, the company specialised in high jewellery modelling, which led it to supply some of the most prestigious Italian and international jewellers.
Productions from 1967 onwards are recognisable by a small oval plaque with the words 'FC, MODELE DEPOSÉ, MADE IN ITALY, 347 AL, 750/18k.' soldered on the inside of the jewellery.
Between 1966 and 1971, all possible objects with these subjects were gradually created: brooches, rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, clasps, money clips, tie clips, key rings, cuff links and many other types of objects.
In 1970 a company was also opened in New York, called Frascarolo & Co. Inc., with partners Frascarolo and Adriano Gugliata
The firm Frascarolo & C ceased to exist in 1976, with the dramatic death of Rino, but some of its models are still copied and imitated today.
